# General disclaimer

Octo Gaming is a French company based in France, founded 6 years ago. Respectful of the laws of the French territory, Octo will never do anything that goes against it.

As staking and farming are forbidden in France, Octo Gaming does not offer its own systems.

However, you can use platforms such as Raydium or Kamino, which are among the most recognized on the market and with which we have already collaborated.
